OEIS Conference Registration Refund

All cancellation and requests for refunds MUST be submitted in writing to the OEIS office and RECEIVED no later than 11:59pm CST by the dates listed below. Telephone requests WILL NOT be honored. Written requests for refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Received before two weeks prior to the start of the conference – Full refund, less a $150/person administrative fee
  • Received less than two weeks prior to the start of the conference – No Refunds
